About The Position

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, NV, IL, MI, OH, GA and FL, seeking an Compliance Analyst in our Chicago, IL office, Williamsville, NY office, Lake Mary, FL office, or Woodland Hills, CA office. This position is in-office - Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM in the respective time zones. What You'll Do: CDV processing – Debt Buyers. May include any of the following: Assisting with the review and processing high volumes of issues received directly from the firm’s clients (Resurgent, Cavalry and Midland with highest volumes) CDVR reviews (in progress/temp hardships) CDVR reviews (in progress/temp hardships) Client issue reporting – through logs or client specific systems (IPACS, Chatter, DebtNext) Documenting accounts for CDV document processing (VOD, fraud, paid prior, hardship) Volume will vary per day and assignment– average of 1700 client direct issues received per month (excluding original creditors and Trak)

Requirements

Minimum (2) two years experience in compliance, Quality assurance or audit role is preferred
Minimum: Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in collections or financial industry preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
