About The Position

Provide services to mission compliance stakeholders to ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws, executive orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities. Conduct periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails and makes recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls. Report on status and clearance gaps to executive team. Establishes consistent control framework for all domestic and international subsidiary locations. Coordinate compliance training and initiates changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations. Continuously monitor, research and analyze existing, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon Agency and organization operations. Provide guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree; FOUR (4) years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
  • SEVEN (7) or more years of relevant experience performing compliance, legal, auditing, or related work.
  • Critical thinking and reasoning skills to make analytic determinations.
  • The ability to manage compliance incidents, including identifying root causes and assessing the impact of incidents.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to establish and maintain working relationships and networks with customers, colleagues, partners, and representatives of other agencies.
  • The ability to use investigative techniques and apply investigative standards, policies, and procedures necessary to make competent investigative determinations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community and/or Department of War.
