About The Position

We are looking for a Compliance Analyst BSA - Fintech to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will support our BSA, AML, and fraud monitoring programs, including hands on work with our growing fintech partnerships. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
2 or more years of experience in a financial institution, with BSA or AML experience preferred
Working knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, CIP, and related regulations
Experience using AML monitoring systems and transaction review tools
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and documentation skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Fintech experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Support the Deputy BSA Officer in administering the bank’s BSA compliance program
Review and investigate BSA, Fraud, and Watchlist alerts
Prepare and review SARs, CTRs, and other regulatory reports
Perform enhanced due diligence on higher risk customers and accounts
Identify and escalate suspicious activity appropriately
Act as a liaison between nbkc bank and our fintech programs
Monitor daily and monthly reports for unusual or suspicious activity
Document investigations in accordance with regulatory recordkeeping requirements
Participate in data validation, transaction testing, and process improvement efforts
Collaborate with teammates to reduce risk and strengthen controls
