About The Position

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Compliance Administrator to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly and in alignment with compliance standards. From supporting day-to-day compliance activities to helping ensure our hiring and onboarding processes meet regulatory requirements, your work will directly contribute to the integrity and success of our organization. This is a highly collaborative position where you’ll partner closely with branch teams, providing guidance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping drive consistency across processes. Requirements

  • 1+ year of Human Resources, administration and/or Staffing experience.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand employment laws, policies and procedures associated with hiring and onboarding.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits of all new employees to ensure all new hire paperwork and client requirements are met and offices are following compliance processes.
  • Monitor, audit and update system database(s) to ensure employment eligibility verifications are current and compliant.
  • Assist with background check processing for associates placed on assignment.
  • Monitor and assist with email requests sent to the Compliance team.
  • Assist with developing compliance training to ensure that compliance procedures are being followed.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance reporting.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
