We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Compliance Administrator to join our team located in Irving, TX. You will lead the compliance needs for the organization's for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am- 5:30 PM. As the Compliance Administrator at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our compliance framework. This position involves assisting in the review and development of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to Federal and State regulations. You will research and provide insights to senior management on regulatory impacts related to product development, lending, and servicing practices. In this role, you'll implement and manage an effective compliance program aligned with best practices, oversee testing and monitoring of client programs, and establish strong communication channels with various Business Units. You'll directly manage compliance training needs, maintain oversight of licensing, exams, and annual reports, and ensure consistent enforcement of compliance rules. Additionally, you will foster a supportive environment that upholds Ironhorse's commitment to integrity and excellence in the finance industry.
