About The Position

The Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the School of Dental Medicine’ s commitment to regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. This position is responsible for: Conducting chart audits Managing compliance documentation Ensuring faculty and staff meet mandatory training and licensing requirements Running Axium reports as needed The Compliance Administrator works closely with the Compliance Officer and compliance team to maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience in compliance or administrative position OR An equivalent combination of education and work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy and independence
  • Knowledge of compliance-based programs ( CODA , DOH , OCR , OMIG )
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse constituents (faculty, staff and students)
