The Compliance Administrator will be responsible for supporting regional training operations by ensuring compliance with training requirements, assisting with training and production of training materials, and maintaining accurate reporting systems.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of local and regional applicable regulatory guidelines, health & safety regulations, and transport compliance standards and / or ability to review and accurately interpret compliance regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with / support cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and compliance-focused.
  • Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain audit readiness.
  • Primarily sedentary.
  • Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance / Management, Regulatory Affairs, Health Administration / Healthcare Compliance Life Sciences, or related field.
  • AND / OR
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate training or administrative support within regulated environments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without any type of work authorization or work sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance with local documentation requirements.
  • Create and maintain compliance materials and content.
  • Assist with conducting periodic compliance audits and escalate critical issues.
  • Maintain documentation as required by all regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate with site management to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports to track regional performance.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate them.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding within the region as requested.
  • Assist in delivering compliance-related training and updates to site teams.
  • Act as initial point of escalation within the region for compliance questions and training system concerns / issues.
  • Manage and maintain Monday.com boards as pertaining to compliance.
  • Support digital documentation systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
