PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITES Create and update manual interest accrual spreadsheets via excel to reconcile to monthly billing statements Create and reconcile spreadsheets via excel for manual and automated nonuse fees Assist with project management and implementation in relation to manual interest and fee accruals Monthly SBA reporting Review and update relevant procedures and training materials for the team as necessary Peer review of lead bank notice creation and wires for sold loans Assist with Servicing Department day to day workload as time allows. These duties include but are not limited to: Payment posting Rate changes Research cases Identify and assist with process improvements JOB SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a business related field with at least one year of commercial loan servicing experience preferred. Relevant experience, such as but not limited to auditing, financial document preparation, bookkeeping and accounting may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree. Ability and desire to learn, grow and develop professionally. Exceptional interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are required. Ability to make sound decisions and produce great work under general or limited supervision. Excellent working knowledge of more complex commercial style transactions. Working knowledge of participation/syndication loan servicing. Advanced knowledge of general commercial lending policies. Advanced PC skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and programs used to set up and track documentation or ongoing covenant ticklers. Strong ability to adjust priorities to changing circumstances while maintaining high quality in fast paced atmosphere. Exceptional organization skills and very detailed oriented. Excellent teamwork skills are required.
