About The Position

HHM Hotels is seeking a Complex General Manager to lead and manage two select service properties in the New York City region. This role is responsible for overseeing hotel operations to maximize profitability and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction in one of the most competitive hospitality markets in the world.

Requirements

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
Previous hotel management experience required.

Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards.
