The Complex Director of Sales & Catering leads the revenue strategy for The Verve Hotel BostonNatick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton and the Hampton by Hilton BostonNatick. This person actively engages in revenue generation activities while also leading the team responsible for sales & catering business. The CDOSC, working with the General Managers and Revenue Management manages the mix of revenue opportunities for the Hotels in rooms segments including group, corporate, retail and volume transient, as well as function revenue generation. The ideal candidate must be a strategic leader who excels at market analysis, business, and team development, and building strong internal and external relationships.
