About The Position

You will be the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 for the F‑16 Production Completion team which is responsible for overseeing interior completion of F‑16V Block 70 aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Completion Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for leading the integration of sub‑assemblies, avionics, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Your responsibilities will include: Lead a skilled team to achieve safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets for interior completion. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and FAA regulations. Manage workforce planning – hiring, training, performance evaluations, and work assignments. Requirements

5 years of experience in Aviation Production, Maintenance, Modification, Repair or Overhaul (MMRO) Operations.
Experience leading a team to meet critical schedules, resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience interacting with internal/external customers.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
Experience with multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing assignments.
Conceptual knowledge of Focused Leader Engagement Management Systems (FLEMOS)
Previously awarded an Air Force, Marine, or Navy 7 level discipline skill level rating or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential such as an licensed FAA “Airframe and Power" plant or Inspector Airframe license.
Recent fighter aircraft experience
Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
SAP experience is a plus.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or processes.
