Job Title: Complaint Analyst Reporting To: Complaints Handling Manager Work Schedule: Hybrid – Salt Lake City, UT Complaint Analyst Moog Medical Devices Group designs, manufactures, and distributes industry-leading enteral feeding and infusion pumps. Through investment in research & development and relying on our vast expertise, we design and develop advanced infusion systems that improve medication safety, optimize application performance and reduce medical expenses. The Complaint Analyst position is responsible for supporting the complaints handling process to ensure that complaints are completed in a timely manner, that complaint investigations are thorough and that each complaint is well documented.

Requirements

  • Typically, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a technical school.
  • 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of FDA/ISO requirements including Knowledge of 21 CFR 803, 21 CFR 806, 21 CFR 820, ISO 14971
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to interface effectively with various levels.
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and document complaint events or provide support to the investigative area to assure they are completed thoroughly and documented accurately.
  • Support the product complaint system by managing product complaint investigations
  • Perform data analysis and trending of complaint information to proactively detect issues and take appropriate actions in a timely manner.
  • Perform investigation of complaint trends or potential trends and report on those trends in regularly scheduled meetings.
