About The Position

The Competitive Pricing Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing competitive and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making across the revenue organization. This role provides clear, actionable insights on competitors’ products, positioning, go-to-market strategies, and market movements to help the company win more business and maintain a strong competitive position. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and comfortable turning complex information into concise insights for senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy, or business analysis
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise insights
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Knowledge of large project pricing
  • Bachelor’s degree related to finance, business, data or analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Highly curious and proactive mindset
  • Structured, analytical thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise B2B environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, market research tools, or BI platforms
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or complex buying environments
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or analytics

Responsibilities

  • Research and monitor competitors’ products, features, positioning, messaging, partnerships, and market activity
  • Track competitor announcements, product launches, acquisitions, and strategic shifts
  • Maintain up-to-date competitor profiles and intelligence repositories
  • Support Sales and Revenue teams with competitive insights for deals, RFPs, and customer engagements
  • Develop competitive battlecards, win/loss insights, and objection-handling materials
  • Provide real-time intelligence in response to competitive threats or opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across the competitive landscape
  • Support strategic planning, product roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives with competitive insight
  • Produce regular competitive intelligence reports and executive summaries
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations
  • Present findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align competitive insights with business priorities
  • Partner with Product teams to inform feature differentiation and roadmap decisions
  • Support Marketing with competitive positioning and messaging
