THE ROLE
Serve as a competitive sports referee for volleyball.
Collaborate seamlessly with school administrators, teachers, and fellow coaches.
Demonstrated ability to manage parent and spectator interactions, ensuring positive communication, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and de-escalating conflicts when necessary.
Support kids’ behavioral management needs.
Serve as a positive role model to the students to build kids’ self-esteem and emotional wellness.
ABOUT YOU
Minimum 6 months of successful referee experience required.
Have been successful working with elementary and/or middle school kids.
Can improvise, adapt, and take initiative when needed.
Are approachable, empathetic, patient, and able to build trust with kids.
Present yourself as a confident leader and a positive role model.
Connect with students and foster positive learning experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of successful referee experience required.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States, complete and pass a Live-Scan background check, and TB screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
