About the job The Competency Development Intern will support the Competency Manager in designing, enhancing, and delivering training programs for the Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH) and Food Heat Transfer (FHT) product lines, with a strong focus on applications within the Hygienic industry. This internship offers hands‑on experience in training development, process documentation, cross‑functional collaboration, and technical product learning. You will work closely with multiple HFH/FHT teams, gaining exposure to real projects while developing skills essential for future roles in competency development, training, or technical support. This is a role based in Kenosha, WI .
