This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, administering employee compensation programs, and maintaining employee data within HR systems. A key component of the position involves analyzing and processing incentive compensation, including bonuses, sales draws, and employee advances. While many calculations are system-generated, the role requires strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail to validate data, reconcile compensation calculations, and ensure final pay amounts are accurate.
