Job Summary The Compensation Specialist participates in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. This role involves compensation analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and problem-solving in support of those programs, as well as participation in compensation surveys and ad hoc benchmarking and market research. The Specialist also assists with the annual year-end process and may administer various reward and recognition programs and compensation software platforms enterprise-wide.
