About The Position

Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Benefits & Compensation Coordinator at our Global Operations & Innovation Center in Wheeling, WV. What will I do: An a Compensation and Retirement Coordinator will play an important role in the administration of the retirement programs and staff compensation at the firm. You will work with the Compensation and Rewards Manager, Senior Retirement Analyst, Global Head of Benefits and Compensation to execute the firm’s global retirement and staff compensation programs. This role will provide focused support on system, data and project management for the Orrick retirement plans and staff compensation management functions including providing reliable back-end support to senior team members.

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Retirement and compensation system data validation and oversight using Orrick and outside systems to support administration and recordkeeping.
  • Project management of retirement plan audits, plan reviews, and regulatory filings.
  • Technology application management of Comp Analyst and CompXL tools, supporting system updates and reporting needs.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving data or system issues in Empower, Payroll, Comp Analyst, and CompXL platforms.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and increased efficiency in back-end operations.
