This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and administering base and variable compensation programs—including short-term incentives, annual merit, bonuses, and recognition programs—ensuring alignment with company objectives and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in CPG and manufacturing environments, advanced HRIS and analytics skills, and a proven ability to partner with leadership in a fast-paced, multi-site organization.
