Position Overview: The Compensation Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing Versant’s broad-based compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Reporting to the Head of Broad-Based Compensation, this role will lead compensation planning, benchmarking, and analytics, and serve as a key partner to HR Business Partners and business leaders in delivering effective compensation solutions.
