About The Role: Innovative Defense Technologies (IDT), provider of cutting-edge cloud-based integration, automated testing and data analysis for complex, mission-critical systems in the US Department of Defense (DOD), is seeking a Compensation Lead to be part of our Human Resources team and based out of our Arlington, VA location. This role will have enterprise responsibility for the design, governance, and evolution of IDT’s compensation programs, supporting continued growth, competitiveness, and compliance within a government contracting environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) , the Compensation Lead will act as a principal advisor to senior leadership, People Leaders, and Finance, ensuring compensation decisions are market-informed, equitable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to shape and modernize compensation strategy and infrastructure during a period of organizational scale and increased operational complexity. Clearance & Location Requirements: All applicants must be able to obtain/maintain an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. This is an on-site position. Requiring at least 2-3 days in office, based out of our Arlington, VA location.
