About The Position

Provide compensation consultation for a defined line of business, primarily supporting HR Business Partners Partner with senior compensation teammates to drive initiatives that impact attraction/retention, engagement, performance, and cost optimization Build analytics that inform budgets and leader recommendations for annual salary reviews and equity planning Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive, efficient offers for critical roles Partner with Global Incentive Compensation as needed to keep Sales compensation competitive Drive execution of multiple projects across Compensation, HR, and the business; identify process efficiencies and implement innovative approaches Participate in team problem solving and propose solutions to client issues Qualifications - 8+ years broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset - Experience with Sales/Consulting roles that include a variable component (preferred) - Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills - Strong analytical, project management, and program development skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent organizational skills - Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Mastery of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) - Experience with Oracle Fusion products (e.g., HCM, Workforce Compensation) is a plus Only Oracle brings together the data, infrastructure, applications, and expertise to power everything from industry innovations to life-saving care.
