The Compensation Consultant will support the Compensation Team at Seacoast Bank, focused on designing, administering, communicating, reporting on and monitoring broad-based compensation programs across the bank which may include job levels/grades, pay structures, formulaic / annual incentive plans, merit/salary increases, reward/recognition programs and other compensation related initiatives. The Compensation Consultant will be an expert on broad-based compensation matters and in data, reporting and analytics, being able to use data/analytics to answer questions on compensation-related initiatives. Develop and implement compensation strategies to ensure competitiveness, appropriate connection between pay and performance, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
