This role will be instrumental in ensuring our total rewards strategy supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent while maintaining internal equity and compliance across all markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPPs, and will act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, Payroll, and Legal on all equity-related matters.
