COMPENSATION ANALYST We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team and support the design, analysis, and delivery of global compensation programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and 2-4 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics who is ready to deepen their expertise in a fast-paced organization. You will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure our pay programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our compensation philosophy. This role is remote and reports to the Director of Total Rewards. This position is designated as remote. Exception: Candidates residing within commuting distance of our Austin, TX; Aliso Viejo, CA; or Dublin, OH offices will be classified as hybrid employees and required to work on-site three (3) days per week, consistent with company policy.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
  • Experience with salary surveys (Radford, IPAS, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to present data clearly and translate insights for non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations for new and existing roles
  • Maintain job architecture, including job families, job codes, and grade levels
  • Support the annual compensation cycles
  • Conduct analyses related to pay equity, compression, hiring ranges, and internal alignment
  • Assist in building compensation tools and process documentation
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support organizational initiatives
  • Assist with reviewing compensation practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws, pay transparency regulations, and company philosophy
