CDM Smith is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate Compensation team. In this role, you'll help design, analyze and administer compensation programs that support our business philosophy and ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. Supports and communicates pay decisions that align with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines and performs job evaluations, develops/maintains job descriptions, and job architecture for assigned markets. As a Compensation team member, completes compensation survey submissions, and conducts research and analyses for market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends. Work is performed under general supervision. This role offers a hybrid schedule working in-office two days a week.
