NATURE AND SCOPE Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, the Compensation Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting and evolving the organization’s overall compensation programs and practices. This hands-on position offers a unique opportunity in both program design and execution, with responsibilities that include the administration of incentive and commission plans, job evaluations, and compensation survey management. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support employment offers, conduct specialized analysis, and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives. Additionally, this role is integral to the annual merit cycle process and other key compensation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
