As the Senior Compensation Analyst , you will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert across cash, equity, and headcount programs. You will conduct high-level compensation analyses, support program design, and maintain core compensation structures, audits, and trackers. You will lead equity administration processes, including preparing materials for the Compensation Committee, and oversee position management/headcount governance. You will also support annual compensation cycles, contribute to incentive plan analysis, and partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver clear, compliant, and well communicated Total Rewards programs.
