About The Position

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking a Compensation Analyst to provide compensation consulting services to the Human Resources organization and to line organizations at the Savannah River National Laboratory. The role interfaces with leadership across multiple lines of business and with Human Resources leadership in designing, developing, and delivering total compensation policies and programs that enables SRNL to recruit and retain the staff necessary to empower the laboratory to become the premier research institute in the world.
