The University of Miami has an exciting opportunity for a Compensation Analyst 2. The Compensation Analyst 2 serves as an internal consultant and performs a variety of compensation activities in order to ensure that compensation programs are equitable and competitive enterprise-wide. This role assists with the development of pay structures for the organization based on information collected from within and outside the organization. Key responsibilities include the evaluation and analysis of salary data, job descriptions, salary surveys and organization/department internal equity. This role also works collaboratively with other Human Resources areas (i.e., Recruitment, Client Services etc.) and serves as a subject matter expert regarding compensation related concerns.
