Summary The person filling this position must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule in order to drive small groups to special events. He or she would be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of company owned vehicle for events. When employee is not driving or performing necessary tasks related to coordinating driving preparations, he or she would perform scheduled or requested tasks within the Facilities Department.

Requirements

  • 6+ years driving on the road
  • A valid drivers license
  • A clean driving record
  • Willingness to submit to random and periodic drug screening
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. up to a height of 3-4 ft.
  • Must have the ability to remain in standing or walking position 75% of the work day.
  • The ability to operate a computer and other office machinery, as well as, various power and hand tools.
  • The ability to exchange accurate information to employees and supervisors in regards to their work orders.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Be available to drive when needed; including nights and weekends
  • Perform vehicle inspections before departure
  • Safely transport passengers to and from destination
  • Report all mechanical issues immediately
  • Obey all traffic laws
  • Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary vehicle at all times
  • Be responsible for projects within Facilities
  • Help within the Facilities Department with additional duties as needed
