Clients are located in both New Braunfels & Seguin SYNERGY HomeCare offers: Competitive pay ($15-$17/hour) Direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing training Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays Flexible schedules and matching companionship caregivers with nearby clients Employee recognition programs
Responsibilities
- Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Encourage and assist with safe, appropriate activities to promote physical and mental wellness.
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, or social events (if applicable)
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
