Requirements
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors and providing companionship.
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience or CNA
- Experience or understanding of working with clients with dementia or memory loss
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation to a senior experiencing mild dementia.
- Offer gentle reminders and encourage participation in simple activities and routines.
- Promote emotional well-being and mental stimulation through kindness, patience, and engagement.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meals, or errands as needed to support comfort and independence.
