Build relationships through consistent customer calls, visits, and consultative selling. Demonstrate equipment, present solutions, and tailor specifications to client needs. Expand market share by identifying opportunities and securing new business. Promote value-added services such as preventative maintenance and repair programs. Track leads, activity, and mileage in the company’s CRM system. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to sales leadership. Represent Five Star Equipment at sales meetings, trainings, and customer events. Collaborate cross-functionally with Parts, Service, and Support Teams to deliver full-service solutions. Ability to operate and demonstrate compact construction equipment. Flexibility to travel across the territory and work in varied environmental conditions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background screening. Requirements
