Position Details Hourly, Full-Time, Day shift, $17.10 an hour Flexible schedule varies mostly Monday-Friday, and on-call rotation Community-based role (homes and community settings) What You’ll Do Support adults with disabilities in daily living and community integration Assist with personal care, meals, household tasks, and skill-building Promote health, safety, and independence Support medical appointments and medication coordination Complete accurate documentation and case notes Serve as an advocate and role model Provide guidance and supervision to staff as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test (provided)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer skills

- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities
