We are currently seeking a Community Support Worker who is passionate about empowering individuals and families, navigating community resources, and making a meaningful impact every single day. What This Role Is All About As a Community Support Worker, you'll work directly with children, adults, and families to help them build skills, access resources, and reach personal goals. This role is hands-on, relationship-driven, and deeply rewarding.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or similar)
Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Cultural awareness, empathy, and respect for individual differences
Reliable transportation and ability to work in community-based settings
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

Support clients in identifying goals and developing practical strategies for success
Connect individuals and families to community resources such as education, employment, healthcare, and social services
Provide advocacy and guidance to help clients overcome barriers and navigate systems
Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners
Meet clients where they are literally and figuratively in homes, schools, and community settings
Promote independence, stability, and overall well-being
