About The Position

Requirements

1+ year of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities preferred
Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

Build trusting, supportive relationships with individuals you serve
Contribute to person-centered plans that help individuals achieve their personal goals and dreams
Teach independent living skills and strategies that promote growth and self-reliance
Provide guidance to strengthen social skills and community connections
Coach individuals in pursuing volunteer opportunities or employment
Support participation in recreational and community activities that reflect each person's interests
