About The Position
Community Support Associate (KRCC-Laurel Cottage/Emmalena) Location: Emmalena, KY Employment: Full-Time Credentials: High School Diploma/GED, plus 1 (One) year full time working with individuals who receive treatment services for treatment of a mental health/co-occurring disorder. Special skills: Interpersonal and written communication skills Shifts/Days: (Monday-Friday) 8am-4pm (40 hours per week) Primary Functions: Assisting individuals to live with maximum independence in the community. Assisting individuals to take medications, monitor symptoms, and monitor side effects of medication. Teach individuals skills for living in the community, budgeting money and keeping home safe and clean. Assist clients with transportation to appointments.
