About The Position

The Community Success Representative plays a high-impact role in amplifying client results and transforming success stories into strategic brand assets across live and virtual platforms. This position is responsible for sourcing, refining, and presenting compelling testimonials that reinforce credibility, drive engagement, and support revenue growth. You will engage directly with clients to capture measurable outcomes, host and moderate calls to identify testimonial opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client wins are leveraged effectively across campaigns and events. This role requires strong communication skills, presentation confidence, and disciplined execution. Your performance directly influences brand authority, community engagement, and conversion momentum.

Requirements

  • Experience in Client Relations, Marketing, Community Management, or Social Media roles preferred.
  • Experience working in client-facing or testimonial-driven environments is beneficial.
  • Exposure to live events or public-facing brand initiatives is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident public speaking and presentation ability.

  • Basic video editing proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and showcase compelling client success stories to internal teams and prospective clients.
  • Host and moderate company-wide calls to identify new testimonial opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong, positive, and professional brand presence in all interactions.
  • Collect essential client data, including company name, industry, revenue, products/events attended, and measurable growth achieved.
  • Conduct quality control checks on testimonials shared during internal meetings to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • If possible, basic video editing skills to trim and refine testimonial content for presentation-ready quality.
  • Attend live and virtual company events to identify clients achieving significant results.
  • Gather testimonials during events, training sessions, and post-program follow-ups.
  • Develop forward-facing testimonials aligned with active campaigns and promotions.
  • Participate in events to strengthen community relationships and elevate brand visibility.
  • Monitor client feedback and escalate concerns to Client Relations when appropriate.
  • Create and post basic social media content to drive engagement and highlight client wins.
  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive testimonial database across all products and events.
  • Conduct daily outreach to clients to collect new testimonials and updated success metrics.
  • Prepare and execute testimonial capture strategies for live events and workshops.
  • Refresh and update existing testimonials to ensure accuracy and current performance data.
  • Collaborate with Client Relations, Marketing, Video Production, and Executive teams to ensure high production standards.
  • Identify high-performing clients suitable for event panels and promotional features.
  • Prepare selected panelists for participation, ensuring clarity of messaging and delivery.
  • Manage panel communication from pre-event preparation through post-event follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
