The Community Specialist will play an important role on the Brand and Marketing Team, responsible for supporting all social media, communications and public relations efforts. Candidates should have professional experience in social media community management, including content creation, platform publishing, timely engagement with followers, influencer collaboration, measuring results and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate has experience in the luxury or wellness industries and a passion for health and wellbeing in their daily life. In addition, they will excel in managing diverse social media platforms— including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn— with a nuanced understanding of how to tailor content to each channel’s unique audience and style. Beyond social media expertise, candidates should have prior experience in a client-facing role within a PR or communications agency. The Community Specialist will collaborate with the VP of Brand and Marketing and our PR agency of record, ensuring the seamless coordination of media activities, including responding to press inquiries, planning itineraries for hosted media guests, and providing administrative support for internal media initiatives.
