Community Services Specialist/Direct Support Worker (KRCC – Letcher County)
About The Position
Position: Community Service Specialist/Direct Support Worker Company/Location: Kentucky River Community Care/Letcher ADT Center/Jenkins, KY Employment type: Regular Full-Time Primary functions: Operate the Telehealth connections system for clients and health care providers. 8am – noon. Noon – 4pm: Work Adult Center providing care to clients with intellectual and developmental delays. Help clean, provide snacks/meals. Help clients with daily goals as written in the Plan of Care. Complete daily notes, monthly summaries, and In/Out log for clients.
