The Outreach Supervisor oversees daily homeless outreach and encampment assessment operations across the City, ensuring consistent implementation of the City’s Homeless Protocol. The Supervisor serves as a central point of contact for various City departments, neighborhood associations, and community stakeholders, providing support for safe, efficient, and service-oriented responses to encampments and unsheltered individuals. The role requires strong leadership, operational decision-making, and the ability to navigate complex situations while upholding Housing First principles.
