What You’ll Do Provide leadership and oversight within Community Services. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, providing individualized, high quality services to tenants and their families in accordance with tenant service and rental agreements. Provide on-going case management services to RCAC tenants, ensuring the completion of pre-occupancy screening, assessment/reassessment, risk agreement, and the negotiated service agreement in conjunction with the tenant, their family, associates and other stakeholders. Maintain compliance with appropriate local, state, federal, regulatory, and accrediting body standards. Maintain all necessary paperwork for tenants as required under the HFS 89 state code. Provide ongoing support, training, direction, supervision and feedback to staff. Be available to facility staff during the week and all Community Services staff on assigned on-call weekends. Schedule Options Monday - Friday schedule, 40 hours per week. Primarily business hours. Some evenings, weekends based on tenant/staff needs. Requirements

  • Require high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in supervisory and leadership position
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer two or four-year degree in health or human services

Responsibilities
