Del Webb Oak Creek, 55+ Active Adult Community North Fort Myers, Florida Full-Time Access Management is seeking a polished, service-driven professional to support Front Desk operations and Lifestyle programming at Del Webb Oak Creek, a premier 55+ active adult community offering a full calendar of events, clubs, wellness programming, and social activities designed to foster connection and engagement. This position plays an important role in delivering a welcoming and seamless resident experience through attentive service, strong administrative support, and coordination of community programs. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a genuine interest in hospitality, community engagement, and lifestyle programming. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience supporting community operations, resident engagement, and event coordination, providing a strong foundation for growth within lifestyle programming or community management for the right candidate. Schedule Requirement This is a full-time position that requires availability to work every Saturday and Sunday, with two scheduled days off during the week. Flexibility is also required to support occasional evenings and holidays based on scheduled events and operational needs.
