About The Position
Wesley Behavioral Health Services LLC is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to connecting individuals with the services and support they need to thrive. We are committed to building strong community partnerships and ensuring accessible, high-quality care for all clients. We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Resource Specialist to support the growth of our services through referral development and community outreach. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, increasing awareness of our services, and facilitating connections between clients and appropriate resources.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or community outreach preferred

- Experience with referral development, outreach, or marketing

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations
- Actively seek and generate referrals for agency services
- Conduct outreach to healthcare providers, community agencies, and other stakeholders
- Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities
- Track and follow up on referrals to ensure successful connection to services
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and referral activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth intake and service coordination
