About The Position

Integrity Living Options, Inc. (ILO) is a Minnesota based organization that provides responsive and respectful services and supports for individuals with a range of disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses. ILO is looking to hire a Full-time Program Manager for our Corporate Foster Care program in Roseville. The Program Manager position is an entry level management/supervisory position. Job duties include: Ensure the safety and well-being of the clients in the program. Administer medications Assist clients with hygiene management (i.e. toileting, bathing, dressing, etc.) Household management Documentation of daily activities and client progress Plan and engage clients in community/social integration activities Coordinate and establish relationships with multidisciplinary teams Meet quality and licensing standards of the program. This level of work is allowed access to various free or low-cost childcare options throughout the Twin Cities. Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with mental and physical disabilities
  • Previous management experience
  • Flexible schedule
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record (Motor Vehicle Record checks are conducted prior to job offer)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to clear a Criminal Background Check
  • No restrictions for lifting/transferring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work around animals
  • Experience and knowledge working on computers
  • Positive attitude

Responsibilities
