Small Hands Big Hearts Therapy (SHBH) is seeking a Community Relations
Specialist
to serve as a community outreach and referral liaison in the
Louisiana
market.
This role focuses on building referral relationships to
support access to therapy services for children and young adults ages birth to
21.

Pay:
$27.11 per hour and Mileage
reimbursement

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Must have clear driving record

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach through in-person visits to prospective and existing referral sources.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with medical providers, schools, community organizations, and other referral partners.
• Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including campaigns, materials, and local events.
• Track outreach activity, referral trends, and sales performance; prepare reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and service experience.
• Assist with product rollouts, trade shows, and community events as needed.
