Participate in community events, set up/take down, facilitate health plan presence at sponsored events. Expected to travel throughout the entire state of Arkansas. (Occasional overnight travel/stay) Candidate must reside in AR. 100% Community Field Based Travel Highly Preferred Bilingual - English/Spanish Position Purpose: Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the state wide marketing & communication programs Conduct member outreach and education programs including coordination and creation of member materials Assist in the design, review and revision of health-related materials distributed to members Participate in community events and coordinate booth set up at sponsored events Assist with presentations to community and members on benefits, services available, and health topics Ensure the completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff for all service areas Serve as a contact for community agencies, businesses, fundraisers, community events etc. Candidate MUST reside in AR

Requirements

  • Customer Service/Relations
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships
  • Working and/or planning events
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish
  • 100% Community Field Based Travel
  • Candidate must reside in AR
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of public relations, marketing, or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license required
