This position is part of the Zoo Management Team and under the supervision of the Zoo Director. The Community Relations Manager plays a key role in shaping the public image and community engagement efforts of the zoo. This individual is responsible for creating, overseeing, and managing digital and print content across social media and advertising platforms, developing and executing fundraising campaigns, and cultivating relationships with donors. The role also includes supervisory responsibilities, including serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) during designated shifts, special events, and peak times.
