About The Position

The Community Relations Intern is r esponsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of community relations programs and tasks. Assist in the communication, tracking, and execution of initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency with using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Enjoyment working independently, but likes being part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time and is very detail-oriented.
• College student freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or master level status or a recent college graduate within the last 3 months with a focus in a business related field is preferred.
• 3.0 GPA or greater.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community events and corporate campaigns.
• Assist with the research on different projects and events.
• Assist with communication for internal staff at LMCU.
• Assist in the coordination of volunteer events.
• Network on behalf of LMCU.
• Other duties as assigned.
